Who am I? I think we are all trying to figure that one out for ourselves, but I know these things. I'm a Texas girl in a California world. I love brown boots. Coffee ice cream is my guilty pleasure and I may or may not eat it for breakfast on occasion. I could spend all day hunting for antique finds. I stay up way too late most nights. I love to run in the cold weather. My family is my world and I spend my days chasing after little blonde pigtails.
As a photographer I love the way my camera feels in my hands. I love the click of the shutter. I love that I am able to record a moment in time, a small second, instantly frozen. I love soothing sweet new babies, playing hide and seek and make believe with little ones, capturing the joy and excitement of a mama to be, and going back to the days of the high school senior with the world awaiting them. I feel so incredibly lucky and blessed to call these things my job.
My style is a mix of modern portraiture and casual lifestyle photography. My sessions are fun, laid back and are most importantly about capturing you the way you are. I love getting to know my clients and finding out what holds meaning to them, learning their hobbies and interests, and creating a session that truly reflects their personality.
